This is to inform all past-year students and alumni of the College of Language and Culture Studies that degree certificates currently kept in the college office must be collected within the month of June 2026.
All concerned graduates are kindly requested to collect their certificates on or before 30th June 2026 during office hours.
Please note that after the mentioned deadline, the college shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, fading of words, deterioration, or any other issues related to the certificates kept in custody.
Procedure for Collection of Certificates
1. Individual Collection:
Graduates coming personally to collect their certificates are not required to submit any additional documents.
2. Collection through Representative:
If a graduate is unable to come personally and wishes to send another person on their behalf, the representative must submit a duly filled Authorization Form.

Please download and fill in all the necessary information correctly without any mistakes.
Only properly completed authorization forms shall be accepted for certificate collection through representatives.
Therefore, all alumni are requested to take this notice seriously and collect their certificates within the stipulated time.
