Class XII passed students with a minimum of 50% each in Dzongkha and English

Shortlisting

Eligible applicants will be merit-ranked based on the subject ability rating points as follows:

Language and Culture Studies:

English – 3

Dzongkha/Ngagtag/Nyenga – 3

Any 3 other subjects – 1

Science/Arts/Commerce:

English – 3

Dzongkha – 3

Any 3 other subjects – 1

Based on merit ranking, the top 50 shortlisted applicants will be required to sit for the College Entrance Test (CET).

Selection

Final selection of applicants will be based on merit ranking determined by a combination of the rating points for:

  • Subject Ability Rating, and 
  • College Entrance Test score (allocated 3 rating points)
