What Happens After You Apply?

After submission, applications will be reviewed and ranked based on Class XII marks ability rating, in accordance with the admission criteria. The detailed admission criteria are available in the next subsection.

At least 75 applicants for each programme will be shortlisted based on their Class XII marks and Subject Ability Rating as per the prescribed criteria.

The 75 shortlisted applicants for each programme are required to sit for the CLCS College Entrance Test (CET).

CLCS College Entrance Test (CET)

The CET consists of four components, each carrying 25 marks:

  1. English Communication Skills
  2. Dzongkha Communication Skills
  3. Aptitude and Reasoning
  4. Logical Reasoning

Selection Process

Final selection of applicants will be based on merit ranking, determined by a combination of:

  • Subject Ability Rating, and
  • College Entrance Test (CET) score (allocated 3 rating points)
