Selected candidates are required to complete the admission confirmation process within the given deadline.

Admission Confirmation

All applicants who have accepted the admission offer must pay a confirmation fee to secure their seat in the programme.

Failure to complete the payment within the deadline will lead to cancellation of admission, and the seat will be allocated to the next candidate on the standby list.

• Candidates must include their correct CID number in the Purpose or Remarks section for verification.

Terms and Conditions

• The security deposit is non-refundable if the candidate fails to report to the College after confirming admission.
• For students who report to the College, the deposit will be retained until graduation in accordance with applicable terms and conditions.
• All submitted payments will be reviewed and verified by the Finance Office.
• Admission will only be confirmed upon successful verification of payment.

Reporting and Registration

All students selected for admission to the College of Language and Culture Studies in 2026 are notified to report to the College on 17 July 2026.

Please note that the drug test will be conducted during the registration period. All students are requested to be present on time and complete the registration process as required.

Documents Required During Registration

• Citizenship Identity Card — Original and Photocopy
• Class X BCSE Mark Sheet — Original and Photocopy
• Class XII BCSE Mark Sheet — Original and Photocopy
• School Leaving Certificate — Original and Photocopy
• Character Certificate — Original and Photocopy
• Two passport-size photographs
• No Objection Certificate for employed applicants
