In February 2026, the Royal University of Bhutan hosted its first-ever Annual Faculty Meet at the College of Science and Technology in Phuentshogling. Nearly 500 faculty members participated in this landmark summit focused on innovation, collaboration, and academic excellence. The event aimed to generate 100 practical ideas to help shape RUB’s future direction in research, teaching, global engagement, and institutional branding.
