The College of Language and Culture Studies, under the Royal University of Bhutan, Taktse, Trongsa, hereby invites bid quotations from eligible and qualified suppliers for the supply of the following items:

This tender is issued as a limited tender due to the short tender notice period; however, all eligible bidders are encouraged to participate.

Interested bidders are requested to submit the required documents via email to kotatshering15.clcs@rub.edu.bt on or before 13th March 2026.

Note: Bid security is not required as this is a limited tender.

  2. Valid Trade License

Important Notes

  1. The tender award will be made lot-wise based on the lowest total quoted amount.
  2. Bids without clear scanned documents, seal, and signature will be rejected.
