Before Applying
Please read the instructions carefully and ensure that you understand and meet all admission requirements.

Who Can Apply?

  • Students who have passed Class XII and meet the eligibility criteria (please check eligibility details).
  • Applicants must demonstrate a strong interest and commitment to completing a four-year programme.
  • CLCS offers five programmes; applicants are advised to review the programme details carefully before applying.

When to Apply?
Applicants are encouraged to take sufficient time to explore the programmes before making a decision. Once you are confident about your eligibility and interest, apply for the programme as routed and announced by the Royal University of Bhutan (RUB). Application deadlines will follow the official RUB announcements.

Application Conditions
Applicants must apply only for the programme in which they are genuinely interested.

Funding Options

  • Royal Government of Bhutan Higher Education Grant (Government Scholarship)
  • Self-financed option is not available
