The BA in Psychology and Mindfulness is a unique four-year undergraduate programme integrating contemporary psychological science with Bhutanese Buddhist contemplative wisdom. Rooted in the philosophy of Gross National Happiness (GNH), the programme prepares students to understand the human mind deeply and apply mindfulness-based approaches for individual and societal well-being
