Eligibility Criteria

A candidates must:

  1. Be a Bhutanese citizen
  2. Have attained at least 18 years of age and not more than 45 years of age
  3. Meet qualification and other requirements as specified in position profile of the position
  4. For professional position level, candidates must have a minimum aggregate of 60% each in Class X (English + best 4 subjects) and Class XII (English + best 3 subjects) and 55% in bachelor degree (honors)/ 60% in bachelor’s degree (general/ technical). This criteria will not apply for those with a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience

Documents required:

  1. Degree mark sheet / MA mark sheet (if any) and certificate for Professional Position Levels (P5/P4), applicable to the Assistant Finance Officer / Finance Officer position.
  2. Diploma mark sheet and certificate for Supervisory and Support Position Level (S2), applicable to the ICT Technical Associate and Accounts Assistant positions.
  3. Class XII and Class X mark sheets and certificates for all positions
  4. Valid Security Clearance Certificate (approved online and valid on the last date of application)
  5. Valid Medical Fitness Certificate for Employment/ Interview (valid on the last date of application)
  6. Valid Citizen Identity Card (valid on the last date of application)
  7. Audit Clearance Certificate (General), if employed
  8. Employed candidates must produce a No Objection Certificate from the Parent/Working Agency with 5 working days after the selection interview, if selected
  9. Experience Certificate (s)/ documentary evidence (s) for current and previous employment

Note:

  1. Candidates must scan the documents clearly and upload them in the sequence specified in the IMS.
  2. Original documents must be produced during the interview.
  3. The two references in the application form should both be professional referees from two different organizations, if employed. If there is only one pass/current employment record, one referee should be from the organization, and the other one should be from the School/ College/ University where the highest qualification was obtained. If there is no past/ current employment record, both the referees should be from the School/ University where the highest qualification was obtained.
  4. Applications with incomplete documents or incomplete information in their application will be directly rejected during the time if scrutiny.

  6. Candidates must produce a Negative Drug Certificate if selected
