⏰ Date & Time: Remains unchanged as previously announced. All scheduled timings and events will proceed as planned.
This change has been necessitated due to unavoidable circumstances, as all conference halls at the Office of the Vice Chancellor, Royal University of Bhutan, have been booked for important meetings and events.
