All selected 2020 admission new students and selected diploma progression to degree students must report to the College of Language and Culture Studies on 1st August 2020, for registration. The following are the list of items that are required to bring along with you:

  2. Duly filled Registration Form
  3. Kabney: red & white (one each) for boys
  4. Rachu & full Kira for girls
  5. Formal shoes with lace
  6. Sickle & Broom (1 each) for SUPW
  7. Bedclothes (mattress, quilt/blanket, pillow and bedsheets)
  8. Umbrella
  9. Bucket and Jug
  10. And all other necessary items like toiletries and stationery
  11. Students are encouraged to bring your laptops if possible (not mandatory)
  12. Fee Structure:

For Government Scholarship

    • Security deposit Nu. 1500/- (refundable when you leave the College)
    • College Development Fund Nu. 500/-
    • For prayer book Nu. 300/- (the College will issue prayer book)
    • College Rimdo Nu. 200/-
    • Student Welfare Fund Nu.200/-

For Self-Financed students

    • Security deposit Nu. 1500/- (refundable when you leave the College)
    • College Development Fund Nu. 500/-
    • For prayer book Nu. 300/- (prayer book will be issued by the College)
    • College Rimdo Nu.200/-
    • Student Welfare Fund Nu.200/-
    • And all other necessary items like toiletries and stationeries.
    • The tuition fee is 69,710 per year.
    • The tuition fee is payable in two installments. The first installment of Nu.34,855 should be paid at the time of registration at the beginning of each semester.
    • If candidates avail hostel facilities, a monthly house rent of Nu.250 and Nu.2250 for mess per month will be charged. So, the total payable for house rent and mess for ten months is Nu.25,000 in addition to tuition fees. This could also be paid in two installments.
    • All 1st and 2nd-year students will have to stay as boarder irrespective of self-funding and govt. scholarship
