The Royal Civil Service Commission is pleased to announce the result of the Bhutan Civil Service

A total of 957 graduates have appeared the Main Examination of the BCSE 2017.
Phurpa Tshering, B.A. Journalism and Mass Communication graduate from IMS Unison University, India topped the General Category with 75.79%. Jamyang Chophel, who also studied B.A. Journalism and Mass Communication from IMS Unison University, India stood second with 74.46% and Dorji Wangchuk, Bachelors of Economics graduate from University of New England, Australia came third with 73.93%.

Karma Loday topped the Dzongkha Category with 68.35% while Dorji Drakpa stood second with 67.79% and Rinzin Wangmo came third with 65.31%. All three graduates have studied B.A. in Language and Literature at Institute of Language & Cultural Studies, Taktse.

In Technical Category, Sonam Dorji, B.Sc. Trauma, Emergency, & Disaster Management graduate from Jamia Hamdard University, India obtained highest score with 72.58% followed by Phub Tenzin, MBBS
graduate from All India Institute of Medical Sciences, India with 72.41% and Tashi Chenzom, B.Sc. Trauma, Emergency, & Disaster Management graduate from Jamia Hamdard University, India with third highest score with 72.39%.
